| DIRECTIONS : |
| 1. Surfaces must be clean, dry and thoroughly roughen. |
| 2. Remove caps, pierce end of tubes. Squeeze equal amount of resin and hardener from each tube. Ratio 1 : 1 |
| 3. MIX THOROUGHLY until consistent dark grey color mixture. |
| 4. Apply to the surfaces to be repaired or joined together. |
| HARDEX 3 Ton Steelweld Epoxy Compoundbonds materials together by a chemical reactin between the resin and hardener. It offers good bonding strength and will harden in approximately 30 minutes and achieve strong setting after 8 hours. Attained full strength after 24 hours. It is verstile, shock resistant and tolerant to most fules and solvents. Ideal applications include repairing a wide range of materials including metal, wood, concrete, ceramic etc. It can cure tough, steel-filled materials that can be drilled, tapped and sanded. |
| Note: Not recommended to use above 121ºC. If temperature is below 15ºC, the hardening time is considerably longer. |
